Claudia

  Claudia is a current junior at Bowie High School. She is an extremely talented girl when it comes to photography. She was educated through the Bowie Photography Program, from Photo Journalism, to Commercial Photography, and finally she is currently in Advanced Commercial Photography. 

  Claudia was born in Madrid Spain on June 29th, she lived there for most of her life until she moved to Austin with her mother, father, and younger brother in the 8th grade. She moved because her father got offered a to move his business that he ran with three of his friends in Austin Texas. Once she got into high school at Bowie, she discovered a life long hobby and a friend group that she continues to inspire today.

  Claudia's most popular "style" is accomplished by using different colored light sources on one subject. When looking at her photography blog, it is very easy to see that portraits seem to be her favorite form of photography. The original ideas she has for her photos, and the diverse and stunning models help her achieve a unique and outstanding collection of pictures. By knowing her age, and seeing the quality of her photos, you can clearly see that this is only a starting point of how successful she will become in the future.

This Photo is of one of her first friends that she made in Austin. She often likes to use to subject's hair and eyes to create an interesting photo.

The contrasting colors of a rich pinkish red and a almost blue light green color is used in this photo. She used the bright colors and the playful subject to convey a light hearted photo.

This picture is one of Claudia's best friends and favorite subjects. The contrasting colors and the confusion in the subject's face was used to convey confusion or mystery.

This photo is shown with a different color scheme then what Claudia usually does. In using the yellow and emphasizing the subject's shadow and the "off centerness", it shows the viewer false movement, which makes the picture more diverse and intriguing.

This photo shows another ne of Claudia's favorite subjects to photograph. In the way that the lights hit the face of the subject and the orientation that she used showed the viewer a feeling of confidence.
